What Mark fixes

One handyman.
The whole list.

Most handyman jobs around the house fall into these six buckets. If yours doesn't fit neatly, ask anyway — if it's not a Wright job, Mark will tell you straight and point you to who can do it.

Mark does the rest.

Pick everything that's been bugging you. The builder adds up the typical time on site and tells you which booking fits — then gives you a clean summary to copy or read over the phone. No typing it all out twice.

Why Wright Way

The Wright way is
the right way, on purpose

Plenty of people can swing a hammer. The difference is how the job is run — before, during and after.

01

One call, whole list

Don't book four trades for four small jobs. Send the list, Mark brings the tools for all of it, and it's handled in a single visit.

02

Price first, work second

You agree the price before anything comes apart. If Mark finds a bigger problem mid-job, you hear about it before it costs you more — not after.

03

You get Mark

No call center, no random subcontractor at your door. The man who quotes the job is the man who does it — and the man you call if anything's off.

04

Left clean

Drop cloths down, shoes respected, debris hauled out. The only sign Mark was there is that everything on the list works.

How it works

From list to done,
in four steps

1

Send the list

Call, or build your punch list above and copy it over. Photos of the problem help Mark quote it right the first time.

2

Get the price

Free estimate, straight numbers. Small jobs are often quoted from photos; bigger lists get a quick walk-through.

3

Pick your slot

A 2-hour visit, a half day, or a full day — whichever your list actually needs. No padding the clock.

4

Done & checked

Every item gets walked through with you before Mark packs up. If it isn't right, it gets made right.

Questions

Straight answers

It depends on the list, which is exactly why the estimate is free. Single fixes are quoted flat where possible; punch lists are booked as a 2-hour visit, half day or full day. You approve the number before work starts — no hourly meter running in the background.
If you've already bought the faucet, fan or fixture, great — Mark installs what you have. If not, he'll tell you exactly what to buy, or pick it up as part of the job. Either way it's settled before the visit, so there's no second trip.
Wright Way is for repairs, installs and finishing work — not additions, roofing, or full remodels. Work that Florida law reserves for licensed electricians, plumbers or contractors stays with them; Mark will say so up front rather than wing it.
Small lists are usually slotted within the week, and half/full-day bookings are scheduled in order. Call and you'll get a real date, not a four-hour window that eats your day.
Yes — if something Mark fixed isn't right, call him and he'll come back and make it right. That's the whole point of the name.

Your list isn't getting shorter.

Send it to Mark and get it done the Wright way — one visit, one fair price, nothing left half-finished.
